The Dual Nemisis of Norovirus

The Handwashing For Life Institute will share research findings and demonstrate two victories over norovirus and hep A at the Food Safety Summit, a Washington D.C. Convention Center event. The exhibit, on booth 208, will include a handwashing competition on March 18th. On both days, on-site research will be conducted to help define the role of ATP in Foodservice, Food Processing and Retail hand hygiene.
