Mark Salvaggo and Mark Walden of GOJO Industries will assist Larry Buegeler of Labatt Foods in demonstrating how to use competition to improve food safety by increasing handwashing knowledge and compliance.
Mr. Salvaggio of Demlow Marketing will also address the organization of largely school nutrition professionals.
