Nailbrush Management Alternative

Could a recyclable nailbrush be added as an acceptable alternative to the sanitizer-stored procedure which has proven to be a deterrent to using the nailbrush.

A nailbrush multiplies handwashing effectiveness and its use should be encouraged.

I would think so. Twice is better than once. We can't do that at my work cause the inmates would use so much, I would only have time to monitor the distribution. 10-4

Would the use of an alcohol based hand sanitizer after a core hand wash lower risk in the absence of nail brush use or availability?
