NAFEM, Hand Hygiene - Design to Overcome Underwashing

Handwashing For Life has been invited by the Eagle Group to present views on cost saving, perhaps even brand saving, Best Practices. New evidence on the norovirus and hep A threats will be available at NAFEM booth#1607.

Handwashing For Life will have a working handsink on the Eagle Group exhibit. Visitors will be invited to partake in a friendly duel to determine the Champion Handwasher.

Among the demonstrations available is the proposed use of an ATP technology based system, MicroManage™. It is used to document surface cleanliness in foodservice. Handwashing For Life recommends key surfaces be checked more frequently thanks to this convenient surface prioritized rapid-read system.

ATP offers an additional advantage in evaluating cleaning methods and in establishing frequency.
