Abstract: “Hands-On” Technologies - Test Kitchen Development
Goal: To define a risk-based migration path from the reality of many of today's handwashing stations to state-of-the-art technologies which facilitate a program of Best Practices and continuous improvement.
- Exploring the addition of an individual employee badge sytem, video data recording and new surface sanitizing system.
